縱觀整個建筑行業(yè)近十year來的發(fā)展，面臨的挑戰(zhàn)在加大，面對傳統(tǒng)建筑總承包市場央企國企愈發(fā)強(qiáng)大、原材料人工等成本高企等問題，民營企業(yè)可謂步履維艱，大量企業(yè)都在嘗試轉(zhuǎn)型。Lai Zhaohui比較早就認(rèn)識到，龍元轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的核心是盈利模式的改變，是身份、角色的根本轉(zhuǎn)變。
和父輩不同，Lai Zhaohui對于資本市場和金融更具經(jīng)驗。在Lai Zhaohui的主導(dǎo)下，龍元在2004year成功登陸上交所，成為為數(shù)不多的建筑業(yè)上市民企之一。from2010year開始，積極嘗試用發(fā)基金的方式募集資本金，嘗試運(yùn)作BT等項目的投資，積累了有別于傳統(tǒng)總承包施工的建設(shè)投資經(jīng)驗。當(dāng)2014year國家開始推行PPP模式，龍元聞風(fēng)而動，成為最早涉足PPP業(yè)務(wù)的民營企業(yè)之一。

Lai Zhaohui強(qiáng)調(diào)，龍元一直都把PPP項目當(dāng)作投資項目來對待，合同身份一定是投資人，眼光一定是投資視角，而不是僅局限于建設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)。“要時刻牢記我們是投資人，而不是單一的施工總承包方。from中長期看，施工利潤往往只占到項目整個利潤的30%左右，所以做好項目策劃，高度重視投資責(zé)任和投資履約，才能實現(xiàn)項目合作的共贏，才能實現(xiàn)既定的商業(yè)目標(biāo)。”

經(jīng)歷了幾year的發(fā)展，PPP項目的政策環(huán)境、市場環(huán)境和融資環(huán)境都發(fā)生了一些變化，作為from頭開始參與的民營企業(yè)之一，Longyuan Group又該如何籌謀未來？

符合國家政策發(fā)展的高端制造業(yè)企業(yè)，也是龍元投資的對象。作為龍元的參股公司、國內(nèi)航空領(lǐng)域環(huán)形鍛件的主承制單位航宇科技，今year7月初已經(jīng)正式登陸上交所科創(chuàng)板，有望為Longyuan Group帶來良好的投資收益。今year1月，集團(tuán)旗下的龍元天冊企業(yè)管理有限公司和江蘇省產(chǎn)業(yè)研究院集萃智能制造技術(shù)研究所在南京簽署合作協(xié)議，計劃聯(lián)手共建“天冊集萃智造園”，依托集萃智造的綜合研發(fā)能力和龍元天冊的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)打造能力，聚焦智能制造與機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域，以協(xié)作機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心，聯(lián)手打造“專而精”，集智造生產(chǎn)、智造賦能、孵化加速、服務(wù)配套等于一體的4.0智造園區(qū)。
在產(chǎn)業(yè)金融方面的多元化投資，Lai Zhaohui非常審慎，有著非常明確的支撐邏輯，就是夯實能力、服務(wù)主業(yè)，絕不開展盲目的多元化發(fā)展。
Lai Zhaohui透露，當(dāng)前隨著建筑對科技、綠色環(huán)保、全周期成本管理的要求提高，龍元也會積極擁抱新的技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，繼續(xù)加大在建筑科技領(lǐng)域的投入，以裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和光伏建筑為核心切入點，爭取打造集團(tuán)的新增長極。
以愛傳承，積極擔(dān)當(dāng)社會責(zé)任
作為寧波企業(yè)，龍元一直以來心懷感恩，心系家鄉(xiāng)。雖然公司總部早在1993year搬遷至上海，但是注冊地一直留在象山。在賴振元等創(chuàng)始人的心里，龍元的根一直都在寧波。積極參與家鄉(xiāng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)，是龍元人的感情所在，也是一份責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。
據(jù)Lai Zhaohui介紹，近year來，龍元建設(shè)在寧波市每year可承接約30億元的建設(shè)項目，多數(shù)為地鐵4號線東錢湖站這樣的公建項目，此外還積極參與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目投資，幾year來在寧波地區(qū)投資近40億元。近三year，龍元在寧波地區(qū)累計納稅額已達(dá)9.3億元。
除了用since己的經(jīng)營舉措為家鄉(xiāng)添磚加瓦，龍元也踴躍參與到寧波地區(qū)的各項公益活動：除了去year向?qū)幉ù髮W(xué)捐資3600萬打造寧波大學(xué)龍元建筑金融研究院以外，since2007year起就設(shè)立的“龍元慈善濟(jì)困”慈善基金，14year來已累計捐贈基金善款700萬元，救助支出606.358萬元，使eleven00余人次困難群眾得到救助。2020year新冠疫情期間，龍元又用實際行動踐行愛心企業(yè)的家國情懷和責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，捐贈639.2萬元用于援鄂醫(yī)療醫(yī)護(hù)人員，其中260萬元捐贈給寧波、象山援鄂醫(yī)護(hù)人員。
除了家鄉(xiāng)寧波，Longyuan Group在全國各地的善舉更是不勝枚舉。
2019yearLongyuan Group第四屆“感恩與傳承”主題writing化活動上，正式發(fā)起設(shè)立“振元慈善基金”，將原先分散的公益行為擰成一股繩。過去兩year，振元慈善基金在助力脫貧攻堅、促進(jìn)教育及醫(yī)療事業(yè)發(fā)展、抗震救災(zāi)等方面累計實捐達(dá)1890.08萬元。比如2020year2月捐贈639.2萬元用于援鄂醫(yī)療醫(yī)護(hù)人員，exceed額實現(xiàn)捐贈諾言；2020year12月又捐贈浙江農(nóng)林大學(xué)教育發(fā)展項目100萬元；two thousand and twenty-oneyear7月，在暴雨災(zāi)害中損失慘重的長垣市捐贈100萬元，攜手共渡難關(guān)……
據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，from90year代初捐助董事長賴振元先生曾就讀的賴岙希望小學(xué)開始，Longyuan Group累計在愛心助學(xué)、扶貧幫困、社會捐贈等方面的綜合投入已exceed過1億元。
